1. Apple Standard EULA

Bubble Level is licensed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your license and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA by describing Bubble Level’s functionality, purchases and measurement limitations. If there is a conflict, mandatory applicable law and the Apple Standard EULA control.

2. What Bubble Level provides

Bubble Level uses compatible iPhone motion sensors to estimate orientation, surface level, edge level and angles. It includes calibration, relative measurement, target-angle and hold functionality as made available in the current version. The app requires iOS 17 or later and compatible device hardware.

3. Free session and lifetime unlock

Bubble Level provides one full measurement session without charge. After that session, continued access requires a one-time, non-consumable lifetime unlock purchased through Apple StoreKit.

• The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• It does not contain recurring charges.
• It is associated with the Apple Account used for purchase and may be restored where Apple makes restoration available.
• Bubble Level contains no advertising.

The current price, currency and applicable taxes are displayed by Apple before you confirm the purchase. Storefront pricing may differ by country or change over time. We do not charge you outside Apple’s purchasing system.

4. Billing and refunds

Apple handles payment processing, receipts, purchase history, entitlement restoration and refunds. We do not receive your payment-card information and cannot directly issue an App Store refund.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable consumer law. You can submit a request through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, conformity, warranty or other consumer right available under applicable law.

6. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you may use Bubble Level for personal or professional measurement assistance on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules.

You must not misuse the app; interfere with normal operation; bypass purchase controls; unlawfully copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or modify it; infringe another person’s rights; or present its output as a certified measurement where certification is required.

7. Ownership

Bubble Level, including its software, interface, graphics, branding and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing the lifetime unlock gives you a license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership.

8. Updates and availability

We may provide updates, fixes, compatibility changes or feature improvements as hardware, iOS, legal requirements and technical dependencies evolve. We do not promise that every feature will remain unchanged or compatible with every future device or operating-system release.

9. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Bubble Level Privacy Policy. Apple and TelemetryDeck apply their own terms and privacy policies to the services they provide.

10. Third-party services

Apple StoreKit, the App Store and TelemetryDeck are provided by third parties. Their availability and operation are outside our complete control. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Bubble Level.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubble Level is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee every measurement will be error-free, that the app will meet every specialized requirement, or that operation will always be uninterrupted. This does not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Bubble Level.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights under mandatory consumer law.

13. Termination

You may stop using and delete Bubble Level at any time. Your license may terminate if you materially breach these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or mandatory consumer remedies.

14. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence or require you to bring a claim in a forum unavailable under applicable consumer law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect app, provider or legal changes. The updated version will show a new effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or request agreement before a material change takes effect.
